In your mixer with your whisk attachment, cream together butter and honey.
Beat in your eggs and vanilla.
Switch to the flat beater attachment and add in the dry ingredients.
Mix until well combined.
Add in the raisins and mix well.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Spoon dough out onto cookie sheet a spoonful at a time.
Gently press the dough down to create a flat, round cookie.
Bake one sheet at a time for about 8-10 minutes.
Transfer cookies to cooling rack or place on paper towels to cool.
While one batch cools, you can bake the other sheet. You can reuse each sheet as many times as you need.
